SXSW has played an important role in our journey at Bakstage.AI. We were finalists in the SXSW Pitch event in 2023 and also finalists in the SXSW Innovation Awards. This year feels especially meaningful because I’m serving on the SXSW Startup Advisory Board and had the opportunity to help select finalists for their flagship pitch event.
It also comes at an exciting time for us as we continue building Bakstage.AI’s Agentic platform – bringing together Voice AI, AI chat, 1:1 live video, and human-in-the-loop collaboration to create smarter, more natural customer journeys.
